Job summary

Destinationknot is seeking organized and motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Travel Coordinators. In this role, you will help clients plan and coordinate travel arrangements, ensuring trips are organized, accurate, and tailored to the traveler's needs.

You will work remotely, using established booking platforms and travel resources to assist with reservations, itinerary development, and overall travel logistics.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple travel requests and details simultaneously.
• Customer-service mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote work environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with online systems.
• Interest in travel, tourism, hospitality, or travel planning.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, logistics, or travel coordination is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, cruises, transportation, and vacation packages.
• Assist clients with planning trips based on their preferences, travel goals, and budgets.
• Organize detailed travel itineraries and ensure all reservation details are accurate.
• Communicate with travel suppliers and partners to confirm bookings and availability.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, confirmations, and client communications.
• Provide guidance on travel schedules, documentation requirements, and itinerary details.
• Support travelers with questions or itinerary updates before and during trips.
• Stay informed about travel promotions, supplier updates, and destination information.
