Job summary

Destinationknot is seeking enthusiastic Vacation Planning Coordinators to help clients plan and coordinate memorable vacations. You will assist with flights, hotels, cruises, itineraries, and travel logistics across trusted booking platforms and partners.

In this remote role you’ll provide destination recommendations, confirm reservations, maintain records, and support travelers before and during trips. Training, flexible hours, and ongoing access to travel industry resources are offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple travel requests and client needs.
• Comfortable working remotely.
• Experience in travel planning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with planning vacation travel including flights, hotels, cruises, resorts, and transportation
• Coordinate and organize detailed travel itineraries to ensure smooth travel experiences
• Provide destination recommendations based on client preferences, travel goals, and budgets
• Communicate with travel suppliers and partners to confirm reservations and availability
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, confirmations, and client communications
• Provide support to travelers before and during their vacations when needed
• Monitor travel updates, schedule changes, and supplier communications
• Stay informed about travel promotions, destination information, and industry updates
