Job summary

Destination Careers is seeking enthusiastic Vacation Planning Coordinators to help clients plan and book vacations, including flights, hotels, cruises, and activities. You’ll work remotely, manage complex itineraries, and coordinate with travel suppliers to ensure smooth experiences.

Ideal candidates have strong organizational and communication skills, can handle multiple requests, and enjoy helping others.

Qualifications

• Must be organized and able to manage multiple travel requests
• Strong communication with clients and suppliers
• Detail-oriented with accurate record keeping
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
• Basic computer and online booking system skills
• Interest in travel, tourism, hospitality, or vacation planning
• Experience in customer service or travel planning is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with planning vacation travel including flights, hotels, cruises, and transportation
• Coordinate and organize detailed itineraries for smooth travel experiences
• Provide destination recommendations based on client preferences and budgets
• Communicate with travel suppliers to confirm reservations and availability
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, confirmations, and communications
• Support travelers before and during their vacations as needed
• Monitor travel updates and supplier communications
• Stay informed about promotions and destination information
