Destination Careers is seeking Vacation Planning Coordinators to join our remote team in the United States. You will help clients plan and coordinate vacations by organizing travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics across flights, hotels, and transportation.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple travel requests and client needs.

• Interest in travel, tourism, hospitality, or vacation planning.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, logistics, or travel planning is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with planning vacation travel including flights, hotels, cruises, resorts, and transportation
• Coordinate and organize detailed travel itineraries to ensure smooth travel experiences
• Provide destination recommendations based on client preferences, travel goals, and budgets
• Communicate with travel suppliers and partners to confirm reservations and availability
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, confirmations, and client communications
• Provide support to travelers before and during their vacations when needed
• Monitor travel updates, schedule changes, and supplier communications
• Stay informed about travel promotions, destination information, and industry updates
