Destination Careers is seeking an Online Vacation Coordination Assistant to support clients with travel planning. This fully remote role emphasizes meticulous organization, clear communication, and independent work habits.

You will assist with coordinating trips, researching options, and preparing itineraries while ensuring accurate client records. Training is provided, with a flexible schedule and a 40k–60k annual pay range.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to work remotely and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable learning new software and online tools.
• Customer service or administrative support experience preferred.
• Maintain professionalism in client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with trip coordination and general vacation planning support
• Research destination information, accommodations, and activity options
• Prepare and organize travel-related documents and itinerary details
• Maintain accurate client records and update internal systems
• Provide customer service by answering questions and offering clear guidance
• Support the booking process by gathering required information from clients
• Communicate with suppliers to confirm availability and basic trip details
• Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation to ensure smooth travel preparation
• Perform general administrative and support tasks as needed
