Job summary

Hopesglobalgetaways is seeking a Vacation Relations Coordinator to support travelers from inquiry through trip preparation. You will assist with research, bookings, and coordinating on supplier resources, while maintaining clear trip summaries and proactive communication.

No prior travel experience is required; onboarding and mentorship are provided to learn processes and tools used in the role. This is a 100% remote opportunity with flexible scheduling.

• Research hotels, resorts, transportation, tours, and experiences.
• Coordinate arrangements using supplier resources and reservation systems.
• Keep reservation information organized and summarize trip details for clients.
• Follow up on outstanding information, payments, and planning items.
• Maintain records of traveler preferences and conversations.
• Assist with schedule adjustments, changes, and special requests as needed.
