Responsibilities

• Research destinations, resorts, cruises, hotels, transportation options, tours, and activities.
• Recommend travel experiences that align with client expectations and budgets.
• Assist with coordinating reservations and organizing itinerary details.
• Provide clients with confirmations, travel information, schedules, and trip updates.
• Support travelers with modifications, special requests, and travel-related questions.
• Review booking details and travel documentation to help ensure accuracy.
• Monitor upcoming trips and assist with completing outstanding arrangements.
• Maintain detailed client records and communication notes using company systems.
• Utilize supplier resources and company tools to support client needs.
• Participate in ongoing training, educational workshops, and destination learning programs.
