• Coordinate selected vacation services through approved supplier resources and booking platforms.
• Keep important trip information, confirmations, deadlines, and planning notes organized.
• Stay in contact with clients regarding updates, pending decisions, and needed information.
• Assist with routine booking adjustments and service questions when necessary.
• Maintain accurate client records and knowledge of destinations and supplier offerings.
