Hope's Global Getaways is a remote travel planning company that creates destination weddings, honeymoons, cruises, family vacations and luxury getaways. We are building a virtual team and seek a Remote Lifestyle Consultant to help clients simplify vacation planning by researching experiences and coordinating arrangements.

You will communicate options, gather preferences, manage bookings through supplier platforms, and ensure accuracy of traveler details while delivering friendly, professional

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-service mindset with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to research options and compare suppliers online.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be at least 18 and eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to discuss vacation plans and priorities.
• Gather destination interests, dates, budget, and requests.
• Search for accommodations, cruises, transportation, tours, and packages.
• Evaluate services and identify options meeting client criteria.
• Prepare personalized suggestions and present options clearly.
• Answer planning questions and provide service information.
• Coordinate selections through supplier and reservation platforms.
• Keep confirmations and trip information organized.
• Monitor deposits, payments, and deadlines.
• Follow up with clients for new information or decisions.
• Verify traveler details for completeness and accuracy.
• Provide assistance with updates and modifications.
• Maintain records of client requests and communications.
