Wing Assistant is seeking a VA Onboarding Specialist to ensure new Virtual Assistants join with confidence, clarity, and the right tools for success. You will bridge Talent Acquisition, Training, and Operations, guiding hires from offer to deployment.

You will deliver structured onboarding sessions, manage documentation and system setup, and orient VAs to Wing's culture, tools, and client-ready standards, while coordinating across teams and supporting remote onboarding at scale.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of onboarding, training coordination, or HR operations experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with empathy for new hires.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple onboarding batches.
