Job summary

Wing is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to coordinate candidate movement and client requirements throughout hiring and onboarding. You will manage endorsements, briefs, interview scheduling, feedback, and onboarding coordination.

You will engage with clients and candidates, follow up consistently, and ensure accurate tracking. A daily cadence of calls and cross-team collaboration is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication for client and candidate interactions.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong time management and proactive follow-up in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem-solver who can identify blockers and adapt to changing priorities.
• Customer-service oriented with strong client relationship skills.
• Demonstrates ownership and a results-driven approach to tasks.
• Proficient with email, calendars, communication platforms, CRM/ATS systems, and admin tools.
• Maintains accurate documentation and cross-team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate candidate endorsements and onboarding requirements.
• Communicate with clients and candidates via email, messaging, and Dialpad.
• Schedule and monitor interviews; obtain and relay feedback.
• Proactively repurpose qualified candidates for other opportunities.
• Maintain accurate tracking and documentation across teams.
• Handle concerns and escalations in a timely manner.
• Work with Staffing/Recruitment and Customer Success teams.
• Conduct regular calls as part of daily workflow.
• Support onboarding coordination and internal processes.
