Parmele Disability Advocates is seeking a VA Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for veterans seeking disability benefits. You will provide compassionate support, guide clients through the process, and communicate clearly while representing the firm’s services.

The role begins with in-office training, after which employees transition to remote work. Training is provided, and company equipment is supplied after training completion.

Qualifications

• Confident phone presence with ability to build trust quickly.
• Experience in phone-based customer service or sales preferred but not required.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls from veterans seeking Parmele Disability Advocates' representation.
• Make outbound calls to veterans expressing interest in legal assistance.
• Clearly present Parmele's legal services to prospective clients.
• Achieve onboarding and outreach goals within established timelines.
• Address client questions with empathy, professionalism, and clarity.
• Schedule appointments and maintain consistent follow-up to ensure a seamless client experience.
