This 100% remote, full-time role supports our Veterans Disability Benefits Team and offers compensation starting at $18 per hour, depending on experience, with 1099 contracting.

Responsibilities include client and attorney communications, managing VA forms and records, and coordinating with medical providers.

Qualifications

• 2 years of VA disability claims experience.
• Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and work remotely.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Adobe.
• Experience with VBMS, VetPro, and similar case management platforms (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for client and attorney communications.
• Use the firm’s case management system to coordinate and prepare VA disability forms and correspondence.
• Obtain statements and symptomology for paralegal and attorney.
• Request, track, and organize medical records for VA submissions or hearings.
• Pass a background check including verification of criminal and financial history.
