Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from veterans seeking representation before the VA.
• Make outbound calls to veterans expressing interest in legal assistance.
• Clearly present Parmele's legal services to prospective clients.
• Achieve client onboarding and outreach goals within established timelines.
• Address client questions with empathy, professionalism, and clarity.
• Schedule appointments and maintain consistent follow-up for a seamless client experience.
