Responsibilities

• Process VA enrollment certifications, amendments, and terminations using VA Enrollment Manager.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for veteran students regarding certifications and benefits.
• Maintain accurate student records and ensure compliance with VA requirements; refer complex issues to the Primary SCO as needed.
• Collaborate with other university departments to support veteran students and address questions and changes.
