Anatta Design is seeking a UX Strategist in the United States to own optimization programs for multiple ecommerce clients. You will lead analytics, measurement design, and roadmaps, turning data into a compelling performance narrative that drives action.

The role requires 5–8+ years in UX, CRO, or digital strategy, with deep GA4 and Shopify analytics experience. You’ll partner with design and development teams to influence outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in UX, CRO, product analytics, or digital strategy with ownership of optimization strategy.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Own optimization strategy end-to-end from measurement to roadmap and results.
• Lead analytics-driven opportunities and defend trade-offs with data.
• Manage A/B testing programs and scale winning solutions across accounts.
• Build dashboards and KPI architectures within GA4 and Shopify.
• Tell performance stories that persuade clients and stakeholders.
