Anatta, a US‑based remote‑first agency, seeks a UX Strategist to own optimization strategy across a portfolio of eCommerce clients. Lead analytics design, measurement, and a compelling performance narrative that drives action for senior stakeholders.

You will connect onsite behavior to business outcomes, steer end‑to‑end experimentation, and translate complex data into clear recommendations that inform roadmap and client decisions.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in UX, CRO, Product Analytics, or Digital Strategy with ownership of optimization strategy.
• Proven track record of driving measurable business impact through data‑driven optimization.
• Deep expertise in GA4, Shopify analytics & reporting, and multiple A/B testing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own Optimization Strategy & Data‑Driven Opportunity Identification for multiple accounts.
• Lead strategic roadmaps and prioritize opportunities using impact/effort frameworks.
• Oversee experimentation programs with cross‑functional partners to drive revenue.
• Build measurement strategy, dashboards, and narrative reporting for stakeholders.
• Advise clients with clear, business‑focused storytelling grounded in data.
• Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and project managers to execute recommendations.
