Job summary

Health-E Commerce in the United States seeks a full-stack UX Designer to shape customer experiences across digital health and ecommerce platforms. You will own the design process from research and discovery through wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI—driving cohesive interfaces and scalable design systems.

Work closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio and case studies showing end-to-end work.
• Ecommerce experience is a must.
• Sound judgment on when to ship and learn.
• Solid grasp of UX principles, journey mapping, and responsive design.
• Strong command of Figma with components, variants, auto layout, and tokens.
• Experience building or contributing to a design system in production.
• Hands-on experience designing within CMS platforms and MarTech systems.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design.
• Familiarity with A/B testing tools and data-informed design decisions.
• Experience with Jira or Monday.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end design execution from research through wireframes to high-fidelity UI.
• Design experiences for ecommerce customers and internal users across CMS and MarTech.
• Plan and run user research, interviews, and usability testing.
• Contribute to design systems and tokens to scale across teams.
• Coordinate UAT with stakeholders to validate designs against goals.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners.
• Maintain brand consistency across digital platforms while improving visuals.
• Plug into Agile/Scrum workflows and ship iterative improvements sprint over sprint.
