Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years creating and shipping complex digital products.
• 2+ years proficiency with the Figma ecosystem.
• 1+ year verbal and visual presentation skills and a design point of view.
• 1+ year collaboration to support and influence team direction, vision, and deliverables.
• 1+ year experience tying designs to business needs, goals, and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Design user flows, hi-fi mockups, and prototypes for complex security data and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric, insight-focused experiences.
• Conduct usability testing and use feedback to refine experiences.
• Translate research insights into clear, intuitive design solutions.
• Communicate design rationale to stakeholders aligning with user needs and business goals.
• Work with developers to ensure design accuracy and seamless implementation.
• Contribute to design systems and documentation for consistency across products.
• Communicate trade-offs to stakeholders during divergent exploration.
