Agility Partners is seeking a qualified User Experience Designer – Pharma / eCommerce to fill an open position with one of our global healthcare solutions and medical supply distribution clients. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a large-scale digital transformation, designing innovative and future-ready experiences across mobile and web platforms. You’ll work on complex, data-driven systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, user-centered solutions. This role offers the chance to lead UX initiatives from concept to execution and directly impact the future of digital healthcare experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end UX design efforts across mobile, tablet, and responsive web platforms from concept through delivery
- Create and maintain UX artifacts including wireframes, user flows, journey maps, sitemaps, and interaction specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and deliver cohesive, user-centered digital experiences
- Design intuitive solutions for complex, data-driven applications while advocating for UX best practices and accessibility
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proficiency in UX design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Strong experience creating low- and high-fidelity wireframes, user flows, sitemaps, and journey maps
- Experience designing for mobile, tablet, and responsive web platforms with knowledge of adaptive design
- Understanding of UX research methods and ability to apply insights to design decisions
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
- Familiarity with how UX design translates into front-end development across various devices
Pluses / Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments
- Familiarity with Atomic Design principles and scalable design systems
- Prototyping experience using tools such as Axure
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills for communicating design decisions
- Experience collaborating with distributed or offshore teams
- Background in healthcare or eCommerce environments
- Certification or training in accessibility design
