Job summary

Avalere Health is seeking a Senior UX Designer to shape user experiences for digital healthcare products and services. You will own end-to-end UX from research through delivery, partnering with strategy, creative, and engineering teams to ensure accessible and compliant designs.

You’ll work on web and interactive experiences for patients, providers, and caregivers, balancing business goals with user needs in a flexible, hybrid/remote environment across the United States.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of UX/product design experience.
• Strong portfolio spanning responsive web and interactive experiences.
• Experience in healthcare marketing or regulated environments a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end UX design lifecycle from research to delivery.
• Create IA, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with strategy, creative, and development teams to meet user needs and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to design systems and scalable pattern libraries.
• Communicate design rationale clearly to clients and internal teams.
