Job summary

RGF Environmental Group is seeking a Commercial UV Sales Manager to lead the expansion of distribution and sales of our Commercial HVAC UV coil disinfection products on a national level.

The ideal candidate will have a proven UV sales track record and strong working knowledge of commercial UV coil sanitization and air purification markets, with the ability to train, forecast, and build strategic partnerships across the U.S.

Qualifications

• UV markets experience with strong understanding of technology and HVAC/air purification applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in using CRM (NetSuite) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel regularly to meet with engineers, prospects, customers, and attend industry events.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Expand UV product distribution and sales across the U.S.A.
• Develop strategic sales plans to expand distribution and sales of UV products.
• Identify relationships with engineering, architect, plan spec firms, manufacturers and distributors in HVAC.
• Conduct trainings to educate prospects and customers on UV product lines.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities.
• Create and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and action plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.
• Provide responsive customer service and support.
• Monitor market conditions and prepare reports for management.
• Promote product knowledge through demonstrations and events.
