Qualifications

• 3+ years in utilization management or prior authorization.
• 1+ year in a supervisory role.
• Experience in Medicare Advantage or managed care.
• Knowledge of clinical review processes and regulatory requirements.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Experience with fast-paced, high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Utilization Management Coordinators.
• Oversee intake and prior authorization processing.
• Coordinate clinical reviews and P2P scheduling with Medical Directors.
• Ensure regulatory turnaround times and CMS compliance.
• Own AI workflow lifecycle and metrics.
• Collaborate across clinical leadership and other teams.
