Job summary

Devoted Health is seeking a Director, Utilization Management Operations. This fully remote role requires you to be located within the 50 U.S.

states and work hours aligned to Eastern Time, with semi-annual on-site travel to a Devoted office. You will lead a large onshore and offshore UM Administrative Coordinators teams, own SLA performance, redesign processes for speed and consistency, and partner with Product, Engineering and Data Science to apply AI tools and measure outcomes for member care

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven track record leading high-volume operations.
• Ability to simplify complex processes for scalability.
• Strong data-driven decision making and KPI design.
• Experience partnering with product and engineering teams on AI tools.
• Experience managing vendor partners to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Own SLA performance for the administrative steps across UM.
• Monitor Part B medical authorization turnaround times and remove barriers.
• Redesign end-to-end admin processes for speed and consistency.
• Lead Orinoco roadmap with Product and Engineering; apply AI tools.
• Define measurable processes and KPIs with Data Science.
• Manage onshore team of ~50 and offshore vendor (>250).
