Job summary

Devoted Health Services is seeking a hands-on Supervisor of Utilization Management Coordinators to lead a team responsible for timely prior authorization processing. The role emphasizes daily execution, coaching, and strict regulatory compliance.

You will own AI-enabled workflows, coordinate clinical reviews with Medical Directors, and partner with clinical leadership to meet CMS and Medicare Advantage requirements while driving performance and quality improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of utilization management or prior authorization experience.
• 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience in Medicare Advantage or managed care.
• Knowledge of prior authorization workflows and regulatory requirements (e.g., Medicare Advantage).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop staff in UM Coordination; monitor productivity and accuracy.
• Oversee intake and PA processing; obtain clinical documentation from hospitals/providers.
• Coordinate clinical reviews and peer-to-peer scheduling with Medical Directors.
• Ensure CMS, Medicare Advantage, and internal UM policy compliance; monitor SLAs.
• Own UM AI workflows; define quality metrics and monitor performance.
