Job summary

Devoted Health Services, Inc is seeking a Supervisor to manage the Utilization Management Coordinator Team, ensuring timely prior authorization processing and regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes hands-on daily execution, staff coaching, and close collaboration with clinical leadership.

You will oversee intake, PA oversight, P2P scheduling, and AI workflow ownership, driving operational performance and adherence to CMS and internal policies while coordinating with hospital and provider

Qualifications

• 3+ years of utilization management or prior authorization experience.
• 1+ year of prior leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience in Medicare Advantage or managed care.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and develop staff, mentoring them on competencies and career goals while monitoring productivity, accuracy, and performance.
• Intake & Prior Authorization Oversight: Manage daily operations of the Utilization Management Coordinator Team to ensure timely processing and obtain clinical documentation.
• Clinical Coordination Management: Oversee coordination of clinical reviews and scheduling between providers and Medical Directors, ensuring all documentation is present.
• Operational Performance & Compliance: Meet service level agreements and regulatory turnaround time requirements; monitor metrics and ensure compliance with CMS and internal policies.
• AI Workflow Ownership: Own AI/LLM-enabled workflows, define quality metrics, and ensure governance and adherence to policies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with clinical leadership, provider relations, claims, and other teams to support UM operations.
