Job summary

Enervee is seeking a customer success manager to run utility programs day to day and be the trusted voice for our partners across the West Coast. You will coordinate with utility program managers and cross-functional teams to keep programs running smoothly during business hours.

You will configure rebates and eligibility rules on our platform, deliver monthly reports with the analytics team, and craft updates and launch plans readers actually act on.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in customer success, account management, solutions or program management.
• Self-starter who owns tasks and learns new systems quickly.
• Excellent communicator who explains issues clearly.
• Organized and dependable with multiple moving parts.
• Comfortable with technology and data; can turn numbers into stories.
• AI-forward; uses AI tools daily.

Responsibilities

• Be day-to-day contact for utility program managers and resolve issues quickly.
• Lead regular meetings with utility teams to review performance and plans.
• Configure programs on our platform, including rebates and eligibility.
• Deliver monthly program reporting with the analytics team.
• Write partner updates, launch plans and readable documentation.
• Coordinate program launches and campaigns with marketing and commerce.
• Use AI to automate recurring reports and workflows.
