You will collaborate with care, engineering, marketing, and growth teams to deliver seamless experiences for partners and customers.

The role supports energy-efficient purchasing decisions via digital marketplaces, rebates, financing options, and streamlined enrollment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer success, account management, solutions management, or program management.
• Strong communication; explain technical concepts to stakeholders clearly.
• Proven ability to build partner relationships and manage expectations.
• Excellent organization; coordinate multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Technical aptitude; comfortable with software platforms and data flows.
• Proactive, self-directed with problem-solving and initiative.
• AI proficiency; use AI tools to improve productivity.
• Experience in utility energy programs or regulated industries is a plus.
• Familiarity with rebate processing, reporting, HubSpot, BI tools, Snowflake, SQL is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned utility partners.
• Lead partner meetings to review performance and priorities.
• Configure program parameters on the digital platform.
• Prepare monthly reports with analysts.
• Coordinate program launches with marketing, commerce, and engineering.
• Create clear partner communications and documentation.
• Use AI tools to automate recurring reports and workflows.
• Monitor activities to ensure reliable program delivery across time zones.
• Aim for at least one program launch in the first year.
