Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• 8 years of experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Program Management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Interest in Transportation Electrification.
• Strong analytic skills and problem solving.
• Experience administering rebate and incentive programs and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Applies broad expertise to implement and administer the operation of PG&E’s Pre-Owned EV Rebate Program.
• Collaborates with internal teams to meet program goals and equity targets while ensuring end-to-end customer experience.
• Manages relationships with external stakeholders and Community Based Organizations (CBOs).
• Partners with Regulatory and Compliance staff to ensure regulatory compliance and support filings and regulator meetings.
• Oversees program data and develops lessons learned for key stakeholders.
• Represents the company at local events, trade shows, and industry panels.
• May require travel time.
