Qualifikationen

• 1-3 years of work experience with administrative background preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to grasp and explain technical and business concepts clearly.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to independently solve problems and think creatively.

Aufgaben

• Assist with utility issue adjustments and adjudication workflow.
• Actively follow up, track, and resolve data management issues with utility companies via phone and email.
• Maintain detailed records of progress, status, and outcomes of all open issues and weekly adjustments.
• Monitor weekly submissions and ensure issues are properly tracked.
• Coordinate responses to challenging issues with the Legal Department when needed.
