Responsibilities

• Learn how URS bills and how billing is set up in our systems.
• Own a billing portfolio; prepare and review monthly invoices for clients and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Be the first answer for clients; explain charges and resolve issues to completion.
• Set up billing for new work, including items, rates, and accounts with related teams.
• Build better tools by automating repetitive steps and validating results.
• Step in on teammates’ accounts during absences and busy periods.
