Job summary

The role requires a JD, Utah bar admission, and 5+ years of trial experience, plus strong legal research, writing, and negotiation skills. You will mentor junior attorneys while advancing strategic cases and maintaining MRPC compliance.

Qualifications

This role requires a JD from an accredited law school and Utah bar admission.
Minimum 5 years of successful trial attorney experience, preferably in insurance litigation.
Strong research, writing, negotiation, and analytical skills; ability to mentor others.

Responsibilities

Independently manage moderately complex civil litigation matters in Utah.
Lead discovery, investigations, motions, and trial preparation.
Develop and execute sophisticated legal strategies and settlements.
Mentor junior attorneys and support staff.
Ensure compliance with MRPC and regulatory standards.
Utilize e-discovery tools and case management systems to improve efficiency.
