Qualifications

• Juris Doctor or LLB from an accredited law school.
• Idaho bar admission in good standing; other licenses may be required.
• Knowledge of insurance, workers’ compensation or No Fault law helpful.
• Proficient in e-discovery and legal research tools.
• Strong writing, analytical and client communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation from inception to resolution.
• Provide strategic legal opinions to claims representatives and clients.
• Utilize e-discovery and case management tech to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with remote team members and supervise junior staff.
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely updates to clients.
