Qualifications

• Juris Doctor or equivalent law degree from an accredited school.
• Admission to the Colorado bar and in good standing; additional boards/federal courts may require.
• Minimum of 5 years trial attorney experience, preferably in insurance litigation.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage all phases of moderately complex civil litigation.
• Lead settlement negotiations and participate in hearings, trials, and mediations.
• Develop and refine advanced legal strategies for discovery, investigation, and trial preparation.
• Utilize e-discovery tools and case management systems to streamline workflows and reduce costs.
• Provide clear legal opinions and strategic advice to clients and Claims Representatives.
