Job summary

Qualifications

• JD or LLB from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California bar and in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of successful trial attorney experience in insurance-related litigation.
• Proven ability to manage moderately complex civil litigation with favorable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage all phases of litigation for moderate to heavy value claims.
• Lead settlement negotiations and participate in hearings, trials, and mediations.
• Mentor junior attorneys and legal staff; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with MRPC, ethics, and regulatory standards.
