Lob is a fast-growing direct mail tech company seeking a Senior Manager, USPS Programs to lead USPS compliance, optimization, and promotions. You will partner with Logistics, Operations, Sales, and Product to deliver cost-effective mail production while navigating USPS rules and rates.

The role requires 7+ years USPS-related experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong data-driven decision making. Remote work across multiple states is available, with base salary in the 127k–147k range.

Qualifications

• 7+ years USPS-related experience in direct mail, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, logistics, or related field.
• Deep understanding of USPS rules, mail classification, and postal optimization strategies.

Responsabilités

• USPS Compliance and Strategy: act as USPS liaison and SME with USPS and internal teams.
• Data Analysis: monitor mail efficiency and delivery performance; identify improvements.
• Reporting: develop reports on mailing performance, cost efficiency, and compliance.
• Lead USPS promotions end-to-end: interpret guidelines, coordinate with Product and Sales, ensure customer participation.
• Vendor & Partner Relationships: negotiate rates and optimize mailing workflows with USPS involvement.
• Industry involvement: represent Lob in MTAC and other USPS-affiliated groups.
