Job summary

Lob is seeking a Senior Manager for USPS Programs to lead compliance, strategy, and promotions across direct mail operations. You will serve as the USPS liaison, translate regulatory changes into actionable plans, and drive cost savings while maintaining delivery speed.

In this role, you will leverage data analytics to monitor performance, develop leadership reports, and influence postal policy through industry associations. Remote work options are available in many states.

Qualifications

Experience with USPS regulations, mail preparation, entry, and rate structures.
Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Act as USPS liaison and SME; maintain compliance and optimize costs and speed.
Monitor mail efficiency, delivery performance, and USPS trends.
Develop and present reports on mailing performance, cost efficiency, and compliance.
Lead end-to-end USPS promotions; coordinate with Product and Sales; ensure participation.
Collaborate with logistics stakeholders and USPS representatives to negotiate rates.
