Job summary

Dynamic Connections is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to own full-cycle recruiting across our expanding US footprint, including newly acquired portfolio companies. This role focuses on sourcing, building pipelines, and closing top talent, with emphasis on logistics, transportation, and freight roles.

You will work independently, partnering with portfolio leaders to craft hiring plans, navigate state-to-state compliance, and optimize the candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years experience in talent acquisition across multiple US markets.
• Experience recruiting across US metro markets with state-to-state complexities.
• Ability to design and execute recruitment strategies and processes.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for roles across our US footprint and acquired companies.
• Partner with functional and portfolio leadership to build hiring plans.
• Navigate state-to-state hiring complexities and local market dynamics.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines across logistics and freight markets.
• Represent Dynamic Connections with the values and provide excellent candidate experience.
• Own recruiting systems and tools (ATS, job boards) used for US hiring.
• Collaborate with the broader Talent team for onboarding handoffs.
