Job summary

Syncreon is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist – US to lead high-volume recruitment across contract logistics and freight forwarding, delivering a best-in-class candidate experience at warehouse and site locations and partnering with Hiring Managers to meet aggressive hiring targets.

You will own end-to-end recruitment, build pipelines, source passive candidates, manage the ATS, and drive process improvements while ensuring alignment with DP World standards and a strong focus on quality of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in recruitment within logistics or operations is preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver high-volume hiring with quality across US sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-volume, end-to-end recruitment for contract logistics and warehousing.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to develop recruitment strategies for rapid growth and launches.
• Create compelling job descriptions and recruitment messaging to attract candidates.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines and networks for both operational and corporate roles.
• Manage the ATS efficiently and track recruitment metrics for reporting.
