This independent individual-contributor role focuses on sourcing, building pipelines, and closing top talent for sales, operations, carrier reps, and more. You will navigate multi-state hiring complexities, benchmark compensation, and partner with leadership to craft strategic hiring plans while representing the company with a positive

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in talent acquisition with multi-state hiring
• Deep multi-market recruiting experience across US metro markets
• Independent, full-cycle recruiter with minimal oversight
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or freight a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Process-driven with ability to standardize candidate experience
• Proactive, self-directed in changing environments

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for roles across the US footprint and acquisitions
• Partner with leaders to build hiring plans for sales, operations, and carrier roles
• Navigate state-to-state hiring complexities across metro markets
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across the US in logistics and freight markets
• Represent Dynamic Connections with a strong candidate experience
• Own recruiting systems and tools (ATS, job boards, etc.) for US hiring
• Collaborate with Talent team on onboarding handoff to keep HR lift light
