Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• Experience recruiting within contract logistics, warehousing, or similar operational environments.
• Experience with high-growth operations and large-scale hiring.
• Proven end-to-end recruitment lifecycle experience.
• Strong sourcing and candidate-quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute high-volume, end-to-end recruitment within contract logistics and warehousing.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and HR to align recruitment with business needs.
• Develop recruitment plans and talent pipelines for both high-volume and specialized roles.
• Screen, interview, assess, and present qualified candidates.
• Build sustainable candidate pipelines and manage candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate data in the ATS and reporting fields.
