Job summary

Fracht FWO Inc., based in Houston, TX, is seeking a Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify, attract, and hire top talent across North America. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, partner with hiring managers and HR leadership, and build strong talent pipelines.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, strong sourcing skills with LinkedIn Recruiter, excellent communication, and the ability to work across functions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in freight/logistics or related industries.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment and closing hires.
• Proficiency using LinkedIn Recruiter for talent mapping.
• Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and levels.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to anticipate workforce needs.
• Provide talent-market insights and sourcing strategies.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews and communications.
• Maintain requisitions and candidate records in ADP Workforce Now.
• Coordinate background checks and offer negotiations as needed.
• Represent Fracht at career events and university collaborations.
