Zusammenfassung

Strike is hiring a US Regulatory Compliance Lead to own and run our compliance program for US operations. You will manage licensing filings, evidence, and examiner responses while setting strategy and cadence for ongoing compliance as Strike scales.

You’ll oversee MTLs, MSB obligations, and lending-related licensing, coordinating regulator engagements and internal cross-functional workflows. Remote within the Americas.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years regulatory compliance in financial services, payments/FinTech, or crypto.
• High-output operator capable of drafting regulator-ready narratives and driving cross-functional follow-through.
• Proven experience building and maintaining a compliance governance program (policies, monitoring, issue mgmt., board reporting).
• Deep hands-on experience with US state MTL licensing + MSB obligations and NMLS fluency.
• Direct regulator/exam experience (drafting responses, managing evidence).
• Strong writing, organization, and execution; capable of cross-functional startup work.
• Working knowledge of state money transmitter laws; familiarity with BSA/AML and OFAC regulations.
• Lending compliance/licensing considerations (e.g., TILA, ECOA) a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of US MTLs: renewals, amendments, reporting.
• Administer licensing workflows in NMLS; manage licensing calendar and cross-functional intake.
• Lead regulatory examinations: planning, evidence production, responses, remediation tracking.
• Maintain program governance: policies/procedures, monitoring, testing, issue management.
• Own lending-related licensing and compliance obligations; reporting and examination support.
• Coordinate AML/Sanctions audits and drive timely remediation.
• Own and execute a Compliance Monitoring Program: design tests and drive remediation.
• Oversee US compliance training (new hire, annual, refreshers).
• Prepare updates for Executive leadership/Board; use automation/AI where appropriate.
