Job summary

FinTrust Connect, LLC is seeking a Compliance Testing Lead to strengthen the second line testing program across consumer and commercial products. You will design risk-based test plans, execute fieldwork, and report issues with clear severity and remediation dates that withstand examiner review.

This remote US role requires hands-on testing across BSA/AML, Sanctions, Fair Lending, CRA/UDAAP, Privacy, GLBA and SOX interfaces, plus strong Excel/SQL skills and experience with a GRC platform.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in compliance testing or internal banking audit.
• Experience across BSA/AML, Sanctions, Fair Lending, CRA, UDAAP, Privacy, GLBA, and SOX interfaces.
• Strong sampling and testing methodology design and evidence standards.
• Proficiency with Excel and SQL basics; experience with GRC platforms.
• Professional certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the annual test plan and risk-based scoping with coverage maps.
• Execute walkthroughs and control testing and sampling and evidence collection.
• Produce reports with issue rating and root cause and action plans and due dates and owners.
• Track remediation and perform validation testing with documented closure.
• Partner with first line and audit and model risk for coordinated coverage and reduced overlap.
• Provide dashboards on coverage and findings and themes and overdue items and repeat issues.
