Qualifications

• 3+ years of compliance or risk experience in financial services.
• Knowledge of card, lending, and deposit regulations (Reg B, UDAP/UDAAP, FTC, Dodd-Frank) and BSA/AML/KYC.
• Experience with risk assessments, issue management, policy maintenance, or regulatory change management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with bank partners, auditors, and internal teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Hands-on, concise and collaborative; thrives in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance the compliance program in line with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Manage issue governance, remediation oversight, reporting, workflow automation, and ongoing process improvements.
• Review new products and material changes for regulatory risk and compliance.
• Collaborate with Legal, People, and GRC to implement program initiatives including third-party risk management.
• Implement workflow tools to support core compliance programs (risk assessment, issue management).
• Review, submit, and track external inquiries including audits and bank partner requests.
• Coordinate monthly bank partner reporting with internal teams and ensure timely submissions.
• Represent the company in audits and bank partner reviews; manage relationships with external auditors and partners.
