Job summary

Fund Street Technologies seeks a seasoned Regulatory Compliance Manager to design and run a robust monitoring and testing program for both consumer and commercial lending, partnering with Legal, Risk, Operations, Marketing, and external partners. This is a builder's role focused on designing, maturing, and scaling the program.

You will own the monitoring plan, review marketing and advertising for regulatory alignment, and lead cross-functional remediation initiatives from intake to closure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in regulatory compliance, monitoring and testing, or a related second-line role, within consumer or commercial lending.
• Hands-on experience building or significantly enhancing a compliance monitoring and testing program, including developing test scripts.
• Working knowledge of U.S. lending and marketing regulations from the CFPB and FTC, and understanding of how commercial lending differs from consumer lending.
• Experience reviewing marketing and advertising materials for compliance.
• Experience managing issues and remediation, including root-cause analysis and corrective action plans, often with Jira.

Responsibilities

• Build out and run the compliance monitoring and testing plan, including defining and risk-ranking the testing universe, writing test scripts, and setting review frequency.
• Execute periodic reviews, document results and exceptions, and track remediation to closure.
• Report monitoring results, gaps, and risk trends to senior leadership and relevant committees.
• Serve as the primary compliance reviewer and approver for marketing assets across channels.
• Confirm all advertising is fair, accurate, and aligned with regulations and partner requirements.
• Manage compliance issues end-to-end from intake through corrective action plans and validation.
• Lead cross-functional compliance initiatives such as new product launches and regulatory change implementations.
