Qualifications

• 15+ years in Property & Casualty insurance.
• Executive-level relationship management experience.

• Experience in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Relationship Management: Maintain executive-level relationships with carriers and wholesalers; lead engagement calls and meetings; identify opportunities.
• Strategic Communication and Alignment: Collaborate with internal leaders to identify needs and build market strategies; communicate priorities and manage sponsorships.
• Compensation Negotiation: Partner with stakeholders to pursue revenue growth with aligned objectives and defined expectations; contribute to product/offering development.
• Performance Tracking: Maintain market scorecards; monitor performance; identify growth and placement opportunities.
• Compliance and Governance: Ensure market contracts documentation; monitor carrier financial health; stay aware of market trends.
• Innovation and Operational Efficiency: Support product development; drive standardized processes to improve efficiency.
• Strategic Escalation and Risk Management: Strengthen claim escalation protocols; work with Legal to mitigate risks.
• Culture Ambassador: Promote Lockton values and foster an inclusive, high-performance environment.
