Job summary

Pierre Fabre Pharmaceuticals Inc. in Secaucus, NJ is seeking a National Access Director (US, remote) to lead payer access strategy for Tab-cel, coordinating pre- and post-approval information exchanges. You will support site onboarding, engage payers, and ensure timely data for coverage decisions and prior authorizations.

The role demands deep payer policy expertise in biotech, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to drive access programs as the US presence scales.

Qualifications

• Strong, pre-existing experience with national and regional payers.
• Deep knowledge of inpatient and outpatient reimbursement dynamics.
• 10+ years in biotech/pharma with at least five years in coverage and reimbursement of complex therapies.

Responsibilities

• Educate payer stakeholders on the value proposition of Tab-cel.
• Support pre- and post-approval payer communications and data exchanges.
• Coordinate with Pierre Fabre's Field Medical Directors and Account Directors.
• Prepare sites of care for reimbursement readiness and prior authorization workflows.
