Job summary

CodiLime is expanding in the US, seeking a Growth Specialist to drive new business, opportunities, and strategic accounts in datacenter modernization, cloud migration, and network automation. You will work with the CRO to open net-new logos and grow revenue across Datacenter, AI, Networking, and Security.

This full-time, remote role is based in the US with travel as needed. You’ll run content-driven campaigns, attend events, meet prospects, and influence cross-functional teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years in business development or sales for technology consulting/services.
• Fluent in cloud, AI, networking, security concepts.
• Proven track record in pipeline generation and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Position services in AI-ready datacenter modernization and cloud migration.
• Develop partner/economic buyer relationships to accelerate cycles.
• Identify Growth Opportunities in the US via meetups and events.
• Manage full sales cycle: prospect, shape problems, propose, negotiate, close.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and quarterly business commitments.
• Relay market feedback to delivery and marketing teams.
• Represent the company mission and values locally in the US.
