Locomotive, a digital and creative agency with Raleigh, NC and Galway offices, seeks a growth-focused leader to drive US market development and revenue expansion. The role requires strategic thinking and experience building integrated marketing programs in an agency setting.

Based in the EST timezone is preferred to coordinate with our European office. Expect remote work with up to travel to our Raleigh office and client meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years proven experience in business development or growth roles, preferably in a marketing agency.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve sales processes.
• Strong data-oriented and systematic approach to sales management, with CRM proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement US market growth strategies to meet revenue and market expansion goals.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development and delivery teams to align growth initiatives.
• Lead lead generation and nurture campaigns with the Marketing Team to drive qualified opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitors; adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Build referral partnerships with complementary US service providers.
• Engage in consultative client engagements and craft compelling proposals.
• Own the sales pipeline and implement processes to improve efficiency and outcomes.
